Cathy Crow, LCSW

Cathy is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years experience in helping individuals and families through some of the most vulnerable moments of their lives. Deeply committed to serving those who have been historically overlooked or underserved, Cathy provides compassionate, evidence-based care rooted in the belief that everyone deserves to feel heard, understood, and empowered.

Cathy’s therapeutic approach is warm, collaborative, and client-centered. She integrates cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), trauma-informed care, strengths-based methods, narrative therapy, and recovery-oriented practices to support each client’s unique journey toward healing. Her sessions offer a safe, non-judgmental space where clients are invited to show up as they are—no pressure to perform, no need to have it all figured out. Cathy meets people where they are, and together, they work to build insight, stability, and long-term resilience.

Throughout her career, Cathy has worked across a wide range of settings—including hospitals, community mental health centers, schools, outpatient clinics, and private practice. She has served as a team leader, clinical supervisor, and led in the development of clinical programs for adolescents and adults. Her ongoing professional development reflects a deep commitment to providing high-quality, culturally responsive care that honors the complexity of each client’s story. Whether someone is beginning therapy for the first time or returning after time away, Cathy brings warmth, professionalism, and a deep sense of care to every interaction. Her goal is simple: to offer support that feels both safe and meaningful—so her clients can begin creating the kind of life they want to live.

Outside of her clinical work, Cathy values connection, creativity, and balance. She enjoys photography, cycling, running, cooking, and relaxing with her family and pets. These personal passions bring grounding and joy to her life and influence the holistic, whole-person approach she brings into her work.

She holds a Master of Social Work from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Central Arkansas. Cathy is licensed to practice in Arkansas and is a member of the National Association of Social Workers.
