Darius Brown

Darius Brown is a Clinical Mental Health Counseling graduate student at Harding University with a background in psychology. Darius is a former student-athlete and McNair Scholars Program researcher, both of which have shaped his perspective. He is passionate about supporting youth and individuals from underserved communities and bridging the gap between mental and physical well-being. Darius’s developing therapeutic approach draws on psychodynamic and systems theories while integrating evidence-based cognitive-behavioral interventions to help clients gain insight, build resilience, and create lasting change. For him, connecting with clients means seeing each client as an individual in their own context and creating space for them to be their authentic selves.
