Learning Objectives

Qualifications:
Riley Pate, Ph.D, LPC-S, LMFT-S, is trained in evidence-based therapies, including the trauma therapy Eye-Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) and the marital assessment tool Prepare/Enrich. He offers a variety of therapeutic services including premarital counseling and treatment for issues such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, trauma, parent-adolescent relationship problems, and marital conflict.
Thomas Ritchie, LPC-S, is the founder of Life Within Counseling Group. The primary focus of his career has been working with children and families. Whether in the homes of families or the classrooms with children, he is passionate about seeing children and families succeed. He is trained in various approaches to improve attachment and also clinically proven treatments for trauma, TF-CBT and EMDR-II.
Life Within Counseling Group, LLC has been approved by NBCC as an Approved Continuing Education Provider, ACEP No. 7240. Programs that do not qualify for NBCC credit are clearly identified. Life Within Counseling Group, LLC is solely responsible for all aspects of the programs.
